Children have the right to a great education — and a safe one. Dropping off a child at school should be rewarding, not worrisome. The staff at Treetop Village go the extra mile to make sure you leave with peace of mind — knowing all day that your child is learning and safe.

Safety Starts at The Top with managers

Appropriate student-to-teacher ratios are an important aspect of our schools to help provide your child with the attention they need from their teachers. From open to close, ratios are counted throughout the day.

Treetop Village teachers and staff are background checked and fingerprinted with dcyf before stepping foot in a classroom.

In addition, teachers are CPR, first aid, Bloodbourne pathogen certified for infants, toddlers and adults. Each teacher must pass the infant safe sleep training yearly as well as a mandated reporter for abuse trainings.

We have strict procedures in place to ensure that every one of our staff members meets or exceeds all of the minimum regulatory agencies' requirements.

Our buildings are always kept locked. Each site has a secure point of entry for parents and visitors. We have a door code for parents to enter the building. This code does change monthly for safety. If a visitor approaches, we ask that parents not let them in until a manager can authorize them. We want our little humans to only be released to people that your family has authorized. We require Every pre-authorized person to show a photo ID before any child is released to them.

In case of emergency

Our Buildings are designed with multiple exit doors that are secured from the outside but provide for quick evacuation in any emergency. Teachers and children participate in monthly fire drills and quarterly drills for other emergencies.
